Come out on First Friday and join us for the gallery opening for local artist Kate Santucci!

Kate Huser Santucci was born in 1971, and lives and works in Dayton, Ohio. She has taught classes at the Dayton Art Institute and Rosewood Arts Centre, as well as private lessons for children.

Kate started her career as a sculptor and is now working in encaustic and mixed media. The work combines wax painting with three dimensional techniques, found objects, and drawings. They focus on our place in nature, and our interconnectedness to the world outside and within our physical selves.
