Come out on First Friday and join us for the gallery opening for local artists Rayna Schwab and Elizabeth Patterson.
The reception is free to attend and open to the public, hosted in the upstairs gallery, where the artists will be on site to discuss their work! Light hors d'oeuvres will be served; wine and cocktails will be available for purchase! Read more about the artists and their work here.
Rayna Schwab is a self-taught artist from Dayton, Ohio. Since childhood, a combination of exploration and experimentation was her favorite way to learn. She finds infinite inspiration in nature, especially in its darkness and tranquility. Using blended brushstrokes and palette knives, she paints landscapes, animals, and abstracts.
Elizabeth has been an artist ever since she was little. Art was always her favorite subject in elementary and high school, she adored the art classes she took in the summer and the art teacher who encouraged her, and she still has pages and pages of class notes covered in doodles and notebooks peppered with ideas for paintings and art collections.
