Love writing but don’t have time for an entire novel? Try out flash fiction!
Join writers Jenna Gomes and Meredith Doench and all of the Catfe kitties for a flash fiction (and nonfiction) workshop! Flash fiction is another word for short fiction and is generally under 1,000 words.
Jenna Gomes has previously published flash fiction across various literary magazines, and most recently, Shut Down Strangers and Hot Rod Angels, a Bruce Springsteen Anthology.
Meredith Doench's nonfiction was recently nominated for a Pushcart Prize and she is the author of the Luce Hansen thriller series.
Together, they will share with you the secret to unleashing your inner flash fiction writer. You will have time to write and share your work (only if you want), and it will all be beside the cats!

The cost of the class will be $15, and covers the cost of cat lounge entry as well as a $10 donation to Gem City Vet! Out of respect for our wonderful instructors’ time, we can not accommodate refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of the event unless we are able to re-sell your ticket.
