Join us for a Reiki with Cats session and learn about Reiki and how to practice it at home! This class will include a brief overview of Reiki and Animal Reiki, introduce Hara breathing, and focus on the Five Reiki Precepts:

The class will take place in the Cat Lounge in the company of our kitties, who will be your Reiki partners. No previous experience with Reiki is necessary. It will be an interactive class and you will take home exercises to practice on your own! Persons who have previously participated in this class are warmly welcomed to return and learn additional meditation exercises.
This class will be taught by Alice Kay Lovelace, Independent Reiki Master and Animal Reiki Teacher/Practitioner. Alice has been trained by Kathleen Prasad in the Let Animals Lead ® method of Animal Reiki and is the owner o Meditation Education, LLC.
