HOW TO USE YOUR MEMBER DISCOUNT

Within 72 hours of purchasing a membership, you'll receive an email with a coupon code to use when booking reservations through our reservation platform, Acuity. Your coupon code will take 50% off the cat lounge reservations. If you do not receive an email from us within 72 hours, please check your spam folder.

If you’re looking to book time in the cat lounge immediately, you can come into the Catfe to book, or reserve spots online for the non-member price and then purchase a membership during your visit. The cost of your non-member booking will be applied to the cost of a membership during your visit. Just let our staff know that you would like to become a member and that you already booked some spots. Due to the cost of processing fees, we cannot give refunds for bookings made without the membership coupon code. If you have any problems using your code, please call us so we can ensure that you get the member price!
