Start your week right and join our meditation session! Simple mediation techniques can help free us from worry and anxiety. Come and experience relaxing meditation in our upstairs gallery space - accompanied by our rescue cats for that extra bit of stress relief. Perfect for beginners and more experienced levels alike!
Alice K. Lovelace, owner of Meditation Education LLC, is here to help people and animals increase their well-being through the practice and teaching of meditation methods. She will lead through several easy guided meditations. Alice, a cat lover, also practices and teaches Reiki and Animal Reiki.
DETAILS:
Bring your own mat or pillow, preferably not your favorite, as the kitties like to scratch. Class starts at 7:00pm, so please arrive by 6:45pm to sign your waiver and get situated. If you are under 18, please make sure your parent or guardian fills out the online waiver here if they haven't already. Please note the minimum age for this class is 14 years old.
As a courtesy to other guests, late arrivals will not be admitted.
Out of respect to our wonderful instructor, we can not accommodate refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of the event unless we are able to re-sell your ticket.
